What is FARDP?
FARDP is the Faculty Association at Red Deer Polytechnic. The Association plays the dual role of a Professional Association and a Union.
Who do I contact if I have an issue?
For any faculty issues, contact the Faculty Association President.
What is the Collective Agreement and where do I find it?
The Collective Agreement is a legally binding document that outlines the terms and conditions of employment for faculty members, including rights, responsibilities, and processes for matters such as workload, compensation, discipline, and grievances.
Who is eligible to be a member of FARDP?
Anyone who teaches one or more credit courses is automatically a member and pays monthly association dues. EVERYONE has the same protection in terms of their association. FARDP is here to represent and support ALL members.
FARDP is governed by a series of bylaws as found in the Constitution.
